I refreshed the boot and changed Makefiles so this should not happen anymore.

My suggestion is to move the msbuild compilation to the makefile and
when you copy stageXXX to /boot you will copy all the same versions...
(Another solution is to write a test for it but I do not have time
nowadays - as you can see from my VS plugin (non)development)
