Or more likely, you're the more capable vim pilot :)

Emacs can usually be twisted into doing absolutely anything you want, but getting there can be arbitrarily complex and probably will break in the next release...

Final (proposed) version:

indent -kr -i4 -ts8 -nut -sob -ss -ncs

Just to be clear, we're talking about running *all* of the source code through this, and not just outbin.c, right?

That was my plan, yes.

I'll check this in as misc/Nindent (by analogy with the Lindent script for Linux) and do the conversion.
