The #1 item in this summary can be: we should release 0.38.39 as soon
as possible, otherwise ESR might start getting angry :)

Not only 0.98.39 will fix those vsnprintf bugs; it will also allow
to tell me that RadiOS can be compiled with the latest `stable' NASM.

If I can help somehow in preparation of the release - just let me know.
