LuaExpat (lxp) added

Hi all,
I just commited src/modules/lxp to the CVS.
I built and tested it on OSX and Win32, please checkout and see if it 
builds for you too..

The lxp.lua loader does not yet have self_test functionality, but the 
test.lua in the source dir can be used to verify function...

This a straight import of the Kepler LuaExpat package, I only added 
loadmodule support to the c file (I also commentet out one test in the 
test.lua that didn't run where I'm not sure if it a bug in the test or 
my build)
