Standard workaround for scripts requiring set working directories?: msg#00037lang.jython.user
Dear all, I've read about the differerences between Python and Jython with (not) handling chdir and some other functions due to the nature of Java. May I ask, what is the standard workaround that people use when using Jython as a scripting language to execute and control legacy programs that require the working directory to be set to a specific path (in Unix)? Is there *some* way of handling these sort of scripts in Jython? Thanks in advance for any ideas!
