[jruby-user] Welcome new committer: MenTaLguY

Mental is responsible for the fastthread implementation in Ruby and has 
knowledge of a lot of threading and programming logic some others of us 
do not. We've decided to add him to the team, especially given a renewed 
focus on making JRuby more thread-safe in the 1.1 timeframe.
