The curl program should be available on your Mac.

Go to Edit|Configure|External|Programs. You should see an entry for
httpcmd like "curl -o %O --stderr %L -f -s -S --retry %T %U". If so,
just leave it and close config. If not, use the select button to select
this entry. You should not need to modify the curl command string.
