Just to note that cpphs provides this functionality. With the current
darcs version of cpphs there is even a -cpp compatibility option, allowing
you to use it as a drop-in replacement for cpp with ghc, e.g.
{{{
ghc -pgmPcpphs -optP-cpp
}}}
(if I recall ghc's option syntax correctly)
