Re: [GHC] #825: with -threaded, infinite loops run too slowly: msg#00050lang.haskell.glasgow.bugs
#825: with -threaded, infinite loops run too slowly -----------------------------+---------------------------------------------- Reporter: guest | Owner: Type: bug | Status: closed Priority: normal | Milestone: Component: Runtime System | Version: 6.4.2 Severity: normal | Resolution: fixed Keywords: | Os: Linux Difficulty: Unknown | Architecture: x86 -----------------------------+---------------------------------------------- Changes (by simonmar): * resolution: => fixed * status: new => closed Comment: This is fixed properly in 6.6, but unfortunately I don't think it's practical to back-port the fix to 6.4.2, because it requires quite a lot of infrastructure and the threaded RTS has diverged so much. So, wait for 6.6 or use a snapshot, I'm afraid. Also, I think I've fixed the permission problem with Trac. -- Ticket URL: <http://hackage.haskell.org/trac/ghc/ticket/825> GHC <http://www.haskell.org/ghc/> The Glasgow Haskell Compiler_______________________________________________ Glasgow-haskell-bugs mailing list Glasgow-haskell-bugs@xxxxxxxxxxx http://www.haskell.org/mailman/listinfo/glasgow-haskell-bugs
