Comment:

 This is fixed properly in 6.6, but unfortunately I don't think it's
 practical to back-port the fix to 6.4.2, because it requires quite a lot
 of infrastructure and the threaded RTS has diverged so much.

 So, wait for 6.6 or use a snapshot, I'm afraid.

 Also, I think I've fixed the permission problem with Trac.
