This problem still exists:

RtsUtils.c: In function 'time_str':

gmake[3]: *** [RtsUtils.p_o] Error 1
gmake[2]: *** [all] Error 1

I'll switch of HAVE_CTIME_R in ghc/includes/ghcautoconf.h and continue
