Unfortunately not, except by looking at the repository logs, and that's 
quite inaccessible.  The main reason I don't put together a full list of 
bug fixes is that it's quite time consuming.

However we're making improvements in this area - more bugs are on the 
bug tracker now, so in the future you'll be able to see which bugs were 
fixed by looking at the  closed bug reports.

Yes, several (obscure) threading bugs were fixed between 6.4 and 6.4.1.
