 I have written an installer for WinHugs, which could easily be adapted to
 GHC.

 The plus points of this are:
  * Entirely automated build - you can make a distribution using only zip
 and cat tools
  * Can make a windows installer from a Unix platform with ease
  * Can ship one installer, which can be opened by zip programs, for those
 with particular requirements.
