The error message has a bug in it, it should be reporting an unknown
package.  We fixed the bug in the error message, but you still have an
unknown package in your build.  Unfortunately we can't easily find out
which package GHC is looking for, but we could figure it out if you tell
us what's in your package database and what command-line options you're
giving to GHC.
