cc1plus.exe not included in Win32 distro

Hello all,

the official Win32 distro
(http://www.haskell.org/ghc/dist/6.4.1/ghc-6-4-1.msi)

does not contain cc1plus.exe, needed to compile CPP files:

C:\FreeArchiver> ghc a.cpp
gcc: installation problem, cannot exec `cc1plus': No such file or directory

is this a packaging bug or intentional change?
