Summary: Xlib Types Not Instances of Anything

Initial Comment:
The types defined by newtype in Graphics.X11.Xlib.Types
are not instances of any type classes. Ptr, on the
other hand, which these types are synonyms for, is an
instance of Eq, Ord, Show, Typeable, Data, Storable,
and several other classes not relevant to the usage of
pointers in Graphics.X11.Xlib.
