ghc-6.2.1 panics while compiling darcs 1.0.3-rc1: msg#00046lang.haskell.glasgow.bugs
Hi, I get the following when compiling darcs: --SNIP-- ghc -cpp -package parsec -package unix -O -funbox-strict-fields -Wall -Werror -package util -I. -DHAVE_CURSES -DHAVE_CURL -c ColourPrinter.lhs ghc -cpp -package parsec -package unix -O -funbox-strict-fields -Wall -Werror -package util -I. -DHAVE_CURSES -DHAVE_CURL -no-auto-all -funfolding-use-threshold=20 -c SHA1.lhs ghc-6.2.1: panic! (the `impossible' happened, GHC version 6.2.1): Prelude.read: no parse Please report it as a compiler bug to glasgow-haskell-bugs@xxxxxxxxxxx, or http://sourceforge.net/projects/ghc/. make: *** [SHA1.o] Error 1 --SNIP-- I have searched with google but didn't find any similar problem. This is on Gentoo, on amd64, with the ghc binary (not compiled from source).
