RE: System/CPUTime.hs hsc2hs-inplace error

As an update for the list, and so this gets into the searchable
archives, this turned out to be an incarnation of an old bug caused by
an incompatibility between glibc versions (let's hear it for only
bumping the shared library minor version number for incompatible
changes).
