Initial Comment:
GHC doesn't like semicolons at the end of GADT constructor lists:

data Foo a where
{
  BoolFoo :: Bool -> Foo Bool;
  IntFoo :: Int -> Foo Int;
}

Workaround: remove the last semicolon:

data Foo a where
{
  BoolFoo :: Bool -> Foo Bool;
  IntFoo :: Int -> Foo Int
}
