Initial Comment:
Building ghc-6.2.2-1.src.rpm fails with error message
"GL/glut.h: No such file or directory".

That file seems to be in freeglut-devel and maybe also
in Mesa-glut-devel?

Suggest adding freeglut-devel to 
BuildRequires list.

I've added a build dependency on mesaglut-devel. This is
provided by freeglut-devel, too, BTW.
