make space=-M

Dear GHC team,

There were several cases when  make space=-M... docon
revealed a new bug report.
Generally, it is useful for the testing to `make' some small thing 
under several different -M values, preferably, small
(garbage collector, and such).

For example, you have now  docon-2.08-pre  which `makes' in one minute. 
It also has an automatic runnig test.
