Initial Comment:
when haskell is waiting for input with getLine, if you
hit Ctrl-C you get the following message:

a.out: internal error: main thread has been GC'd
    Please report this as a bug to

    or http://www.sourceforge.net/projects/ghc/


I'm just doing what it says.
