On Linux, as you know, there's a nightly snapshot.

To get Windows snapshots we need an automated way to build Windows .msi
installers.  We don't have one at the moment, but there's a new possible
route: the open-source WIX software, which does just that.  So all
someone needs do is to do the glue code to use WIX to build a GHC
installer.  We'd love it if anyone wanted to volunteer to do this.
