This is a bug in GNU ld/BFD, see:

   http://haskell.org/ghc/docs/latest/html/users_guide/bugs.html#BUGS-GHCI

(I've updated the wording to match the current message.) A workaround for this
is mentioned there, too, please contact your wxHaskell supplier. :-)
