Missing TH exports

In the past month or two a few convenience functions from
Language.Haskell.TH.Lib seem to have been dropped from the export list
for Language.Haskell.TH. This is in ghc cvs HEAD.

Just wondering if this was an oversight or if there was a reason.

The ones I noticed are: forallT, listT, infixC
