MSI application name does not have version number

The GHC Windows installer does not include the GHC version number in the
application name (the application name is just "GHC" or "Glasgow Haskell
Compiler"). This makes managing side-by-side installations in Add/Remove
Programs tedious, because e.g. you don't know which version you are about to
remove.
