Summary: why delete?

Initial Comment:
if there are some  errors in the souce file, after loading 
to GHCi, the file is deleted, why, it is cruel.

You don't say which version of GHC.
You don't say which operating system.
You don't say who you are.

Not much we can do!

But we did fix exactly such a (egregious) bug in one version 
of GHC, I forget which.

So I'm closing this one on the assumption it's fixed.  Please let 
us know if not.
