ghc-6.0 on win32 panic: msg#00096lang.haskell.glasgow.bugs
Dear Sir or Madam: I was going to define a function within ghci, and the messages of panic showed: --- Prelude> let f 1 = 1 C:\ghc\ghc-6.0\bin\ghc.exe: panic! (the `impossible' happened, GHC version 6.0): getLinkDeps No iface for [<pkg>]GHCziErr Please report it as a compiler bug to glasgow-haskell-bugs@xxxxxxxxxxx, or http://sourceforge.net/projects/ghc/. --- It seems that one can't define a function piece-wise within ghci. The problem doesn't arise in ghc5 (on Debian). Vincent
