Thanks for pointing this out.  I didn't realize that ObjectIO wasn't
implemented on Solaris; I would have thought that the configure script
itself would ignore it or give me an error message if I specified an
option that was definitely wrong.  In any case, reconfiguring without
--enable-objectio and remaking didn't help (I didn't expect it to, but
hope springs eternal).
