Summary: compile windows program

To compile a windows program, the console window 
shouldn't appear, only the graphic window is needed

The flag
 --subsystem windows
to the linker should work as well. Don't know which one is the 
preferred one.

To build/link a GUI application rather than a console one (the 
default), use -optl-mwindows when linking.
