5.04.2: hp2ps -c no longer works: msg#00002 lang.haskell.glasgow.bugs

The colours in postscript generated by 5.04.2's hp2ps are
stuffed. I suspect the attached complaints are related, but
I haven't followed this up. Is this a known bug? Is there
any patch available for it?
