Summary: GetOpt overly ambiguous

Initial Comment:
If you define flags (e.g.) --foo and --foo-bar, then
run the program with a --foo flag, it will fail because it
is allegedly "ambiguous". It shouldn't fail -- it's
an exact
match.

I've got a cheesy patch, if you care.
