Summary: objectio not included in 5.04 September 

Initial Comment:
The 5.04 September version of GHC does not include the 
objectio package whereas the July version does. Installing 
the package myself failed because I couldn't find any 
package info to give to ghc-pkg.

True.  It's up to Sigbjorn, who builds the Windows installers, 
whether to include ObjectIO.  If he doesn't, you can get it 
from haskell.org/ObjectIO
