RE: No objectIO in latest GHC

It's very hard to synchronise all the packages people might want, test
them, and to bundle them into GHC distributions.   Instead we encourage
package-writers to distribute their package themselves, which is what
Krasimir has done:

We plan to provide links from the GHC download page for GHC xx.yy to the
distribution of each package that is compatible with that version of
GHC.
