RE: Can't load package 'util'

What version of the readline library do you have installed?  I suspect
you need version 4.2 (that's what is installed on the machine used to
build the binaries).

Could you do 'rpm -qa | grep readline' and 'ls -l /usr/lib/*readline*'
and send us the output?  Thanks.
