Misleading RTS message

When e.g. a program, which has been built the "normal" way, is given
a profiling RTS option like "-hy", it says:

   GHC not built for: -prof

We should probably use the name of the program in question (i.e. prog_name)
here instead of "GHC", or is there a deeper reason for this? It's getting
a bit late to find out...
