Thank you, that's very helpful. But which package contains the relevant
tools??
The plain "MinGW" bundle does not
"MinGW utilities" does not
I can't find a listing of what is in which bundle. I'm reluctant to
download them all just to see.
I'm going to need at least
autoreconf
make
ssh
cvs
and doubtless more besides.
