Subversion Revision #9740:
Always keep init-{v,f} slots of <meta-slot-info>s
in sync with their associated indirect slots.
This is done by delegating the accessors.
Setting is prohibited via <meta-slot-info>.

I can confirm that r9740 fixes the bug, at least as far as the test case is
concerned.
