FreeBSD currently uses __GNUC_PREREQ__ instead of __GNUC_PREREQ.

Works now, modulo a stack overflow in d2c when compiling
gtk-internal-module.dylan.  Andreas disabled compilation of the gtk+ bindings by
default for the GD_2_4 branch, so it's not an issue for now.
