mono 1.1.9 and boo 0.6

I don't have Linux up right now to test setting the codepage flag to 
utf-8 for mcs.

Anyone on linux with mono 1.1.9 and the boo 0.6 sources might try
adding this to the csc target in default.build around line 260:

  codepage="65001"

And see if that fixes the compile on its own.  65001 corresponds to utf-8.
