french translation

Hi,

I am working on the translation of : src\Boo.Lang\Resources\strings.txt. 
Like I was asked on the IRC channel, I have get the file, and when the work is finish I put it as an attached file on the list: that is OK ?
The file name can be string_fr.txt and certainly have to be read a second time for ansure...
