That means Kopete 4.x does not support video chat, at least in wlm (new msn)
plugin. I do not know about other protocols, probably the do not support video
chat too. I plan do implement video chat for wlm plugin, but I am busy doing
another work now and I do not know when I am going to start to implement. Until
there I am using aMSN to do video calls.
