Summary: directional keys mostly down stop working
Product: konsole
Version: unspecified
Platform: Fedora RPMs
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: NOR
Component: general
AssignedTo: konsole-devel@xxxxxxx
ReportedBy: biest3000@xxxxxxxxx

Version: (using KDE 4.2.4)
Compiler: gc c 4.4.0
OS: Linux
Installed from: Fedora RPMs

As of FC10 and also FC11 and of course with the advent of kde 4 I experience
this very annoying bug: after a typical period of 30mns - 1h for unknown
reasons the down key on keyboard stops working. This seems not depend on the
hardware since it happens on my HP pavilion zd8000 but also my MAC Pro both
operating Fedora FC10 now FC11.
With some fiddling I can reset my boxes via: Regional & Language -> Keyboard
Layout -> Enable keyboard layout -> Apply. But it will come back after 30
minutes again. It is general on any application, i.e. konsole, emacs etc

[Konsole-devel] [Bug 201430] New: Can not copy text from the terminal

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=201430 Summary: Can not copy text from the terminal Product: konsole Version: unspecified Platform: Compiled Sources OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general AssignedTo: konsole-devel@xxxxxxx ReportedBy: hurricanek@xxxxxxx Version: (using KDE 4.2.98) Compiler: gcc OS: Linux Installed from: Compiled From Sources I forget from which rc version, I can not copy text from konsole, no matter using accel or menu. I try to debug the konsole by using gdb, and found that that in TerminalDisplay::copyClipboard, text has the right value. So I think the problem is the next QApplication::clipboard()->setText(text); But I don't figure out how to fix it. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.kde.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug. _______________________________________________ konsole-devel mailing list konsole-devel@xxxxxxx https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/konsole-devel

[Konsole-devel] [Bug 175140] konsole -profile functionality from kde 3.5.x

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=175140 George L. Emigh <ab4bd@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |ab4bd@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx --- Comment #6 from George L. Emigh <ab4bd georgelemigh com> 2009-07-23 23:31:17 --- I just moved from 3.5.10 to 4.3-rc3 and was disappointed that I had lost all my ssh sessions and no obvious way to reproduce the multiple tabbed konsole sessions selected from a terminal sessions menu similar to that of 3.5.10. I would really like that feature as described in this feature request bug report. Thank you, George -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.kde.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug. _______________________________________________ konsole-devel mailing list konsole-devel@xxxxxxx https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/konsole-devel
