This seems not depend on the hardware since it happens on my HP pavilion zd8000 but also my MAC Pro both operating Fedora FC10 now FC11. With some fiddling I can reset my boxes via: Regional & Language -> Keyboard Layout -> Enable keyboard layout -> Apply. But it will come back after 30 minutes again. I try to debug the konsole by using gdb, and found that that in TerminalDisplay::copyClipboard, text has the right value.
