[Kernel-janitors] [Patch] - com90xx.c - Linux 2.6.0

Martin:

This patch replaces the check_region in com90xx_probe with request_region and 
release_region.

Reason:  check_region is deprecated in the 2.6 kernel

Timing:  This patch is intended to be applied after the kernel freeze has been 
lifted.
