[Kernel-janitors] [Patch] - sbni.c - Linux 2.6.0 - this time with the patch

Denis:

This patch removes the check_region call from sbni.c, replacing it with a 
request_region and release_region call.

Reason:  check_region is deprecated from the 2.6 kernel.

TIming:  This patch is intended to be applied after the kernel freeeze is 
lifted.
