I don't remember any special RT driver patches being posted or
RT-oriented parallel driver developments being announced at
linux1394-{devel,user,announce}.
The stock Linux 1394 drivers have known latency problems in bus reset
handling. They may busy-wait in the interrupt handler's top half. This
doesn't affect reception or transmission which is why nobody took care
of that yet.
A realtime system includes userspace though. It seems everybody finds
his own solutions to his special requirements; at least I haven't heard
of any published libraries which are specifically targeted to RT 1394
applications.
