How can I send a HDV ts file back to my Camcorder

I have a Sony HDR-HC1 camcorder connected to my Fedora 5 using a Belkin
        F5U503 Firewire card. I was able to capture the HDV transport
        stream
        using test-mpeg2 but when I try to send the file back I get the
        following errors:
        
        couldn't find a PCR within 20000 packets; giving up
        (try reducing PCR_SMOOTH_INTERVAL or increase MAX_PCR_LOOKAHEAD
        couldn't find a PCR within 20000 packets; giving up
        (try reducing PCR_SMOOTH_INTERVAL or increase MAX_PCR_LOOKAHEAD
        Starting to transmit
        
        
        But the camcorder does not respond. Please can anyone tell me if
        there
        is any Linux software which will allow me to send HDV over
        firewire.
