I am having this issue in KDE4.3.0rc3... :(

My account is a GMAIL account with about 850MB of mail, which KMail downloads
all of the mail perfectly on all the folders (albeit it took 18 hours) except
for the inbox, which, even after rebuilding the index and refreshing the cache,
still does not find the emails correctly.

Opening up one of the raw maildir files in
~/.kde/share/apps/kmail/dimap/.1524493730.directory/INBOX/cur/124905
