Hello,

how to configure notifications for Calendar and ToDo list? I see "Configure
notifications" on the Settings menu of the Kmail, but there is only 1 event
"notifications on new mail arrived". How to add for events of calendar?
I can set sounds and programs for each event separately, but I need it to make
default.
What program should I set, to get some window displaying the notification?

Re: Kpilot Not Updating Palm

I've just seen a report on p-l-devel that 0.12 with serial devices on FC4 (perhaps elsewhere) is broken. > When i try to sync I get as far as "Identifying user" and later I receive > the message: This really is one you will have to figure out on your own; the relevant code is in kdepim/kpilot/lib/kpilotlink.cc . The relevant function seems to be open(), around line 308. The failure you are reporting happens in function acceptDevice(), near line 510. If you run kpilot in debug mode (or kpilotTest) with --debug 1 you should also get output about the system information of your pilot (rom version &c). Then there's /* Tell user (via Pilot) that we are starting things up */ if ((ret=dlp_OpenConduit(fCurrentPilotSocket)) < 0) You might want to comment out that if() and its body alltogether so that it ignores failures here. _BACK UP YOUR PILOT BEFORE DOING THAT_. -- These are your friends - Adem GPG: FEA2 A3FE Adriaan de Groot

Destination-dependent .sigs

Is there any simple way to have destination-dependent .sig files selected for outgoing email by kmail composer? Thanks, Dave Feustel -- Tired of having to defend against Malware? Change the dead.letter location

Dear list, When editing an email, kmail creates a ~/dead.letter file. Is there a way to change de location of this file? (I would like kmail to create such file in the /var/tmp directory)? (I use Kmail 1.7) Thank you. -- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Gurvan Huiban - Ph.D Student Pos Graduacao UFMG - Belo Horizonte - Brazil project MASCOTTE INRIA / CNRS / UNSA - Nice - France
