Printing HTML email shows unnamed attachment only

Not sure if this made it through the first time I posted it, so here it is 
again:

If I set View -> Attachments -> Inline, I can view email from Outlook Express 
users, however, printing those messages shows the "unnamed" attachment icon 
on the printout in the same way as if I viewed the message as View -> 
Attachments -> As Icons.

How can I get the printed copy to look the same as the screen copy?
