Except that they are not AFAIK free (I mean, free-enough for Debian). There
was really a long discussion about this on debian-kde list with unclear
conclusions which did not make anybody happy.

I am really sorry, it should go to distribution-specific group (ITP is
Intent to Package -- a bug which you file when you want to create a new
Debian package, and DD is a Debian Developer -- über-humans allowed to
upload Debian packages into the main repository).
